Marble Tiles, Granite Tiles, Travertine Tiles and Limestone Tiles are a 100% natural material and may contain Colour Variations, Pitting and Blemishes. As a result The Natural Tile Studio Ltd cannot be held responsible for any differences in colour and shading due to the natural characteristics of stone from batch to batch

All VAT is calculated at 17.5%. All applicable Sales VAT amounts will be paid over to HM Revenue & Customs by The Natural Tile Studio Ltd. All figures shown on sales invoices are inclusive of sale VAT, if you require a VAT invoice then please contact us. International sales do not include VAT, however the sales values will remain unchanged.

Ordering
The Natural Tile Studio Ltd reserves the right to amend or delete our product range and prices without notice.
When ordering please allow for up to 3% breakages.
Delivery
The Natural Tile Studio can deliver throughout the UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. Delivery is undertaken by an independent haulage company on our behalf.
The cost of delivery is not included in the price of materials. All tile orders are palletised for easy handling and installation. Delivery prices vary depending on location but start from just £45 + VAT per pallet.
If you have any special delivery requirements, including any access restrictions, please inform one of our staff at the time of ordering.
The driver of the haulage company is only a driver and will not be able to carry materials through into the property.
All deliveries must be accepted and signed for.
The Natural Tile Studio Ltd does not accept responsibility for lost working time in the event of a delivery being delayed, incorrect or postponed.
